How do I purchase the supplements or herbal prescriptions you recommend?
You will be sent a link via email to purchase any supplements or personalised herbal prescriptions. This will also be discussed at your Wellbeing Plan appointment.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment for all online appointments is expected prior to our session via bank transfer. You will be sent the payment details via email upon booking your first appointment.
What is the price for a 1:1 naturopath appointment?
An Initial Consultation (60 – 75 minutes) is $178.00. This includes your half hour Wellbeing Plan appointment one week later. A Regular Session (30 minutes) is $85.00. Do you accept health insurance as payment?
No. I am a professional member of NZ Association of Medical Herbalists and at this stage they do not have any affiliations with any health insurance companies or plans.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I understand that things come up from time to time. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to provide availability to other patients. Are online naturopath appointments as effective as in person face-to-face appointments?
Absolutely! In fact online naturopath appointments have added advantages such as being able to access specialists outside your geographical location, saves you time and money on travel to/from appointments and you can access it from the safety and comfort of your own home, office or even a (parked!) car – anywhere private and safe.
Do you only offer online naturopath appointments?
Yes, currently all my appointments are offered online via Zoom. You will be sent a link via email prior to your appointment. The session will run the same way as a face-to-face appointment and I will share any necessary materials via screen share and email.

I am a degree qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist. I have a Bachelor of Natural Medicine from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, Auckland New Zealand.
