Lifestream’s Vegan Omega-3 is a pure plant omega 3 algae oil for healthy joints, mobility and well-being. It’s a high strength formula providing DHA, EPA and the recommended daily intake of plant-based vitamin D3, with no fishy smell or after taste.
Did you know that fish don’t naturally produce Omega 3 EPA & DHA? The reason fish contains essential fatty acids is because they consume algae. It is the algae that naturally produce EPA & DHA so we have gone straight to this pure source in creating our Vegan Omega-3.
Derived from marine microalgae, Lifestream’s Vegan Omega-3 guarantees a vegetarian, sustainable product, free from fish, mercury and other contaminants.
Directions
Adults: 1-2 caps daily
Children 6-12 yrs: 1 cap daily
