What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I understand that things come up from time to time. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to provide availability to other patients. For this reason I require 24 business hours notice of changes or cancellations to your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours and appointments that are completely missed without notification or rescheduling will incur the entire consultation fee. I ask it to be paid within seven days. I understand that emergencies happen and will always be understanding in these circumstances.

The time you book for your appointment is yours exclusively. If you are late for your appointment, the time missed will not be added on to the end of the appointment.
