Kia ora, I’m Anna Jolly, a women’s health naturopath and medical herbalist. I know what it’s like to dread your period each month, not have a clue what all the different symptoms my body was displaying meant, yet alone that they could be connected in some way and trying to tell me something. I was tired of being offered a hormonal contraceptive as the only solution to my problems.

Gratefully my naturopathic education taught me that my body can heal and the exact principles how to heal.

You absolutely can experience the connection and clarity that comes from living and working in alignment with your cycle. When does the course start?

The course begins Monday, 28 September 2020 New Zealand standard time. Upon successful enrolment you will receive instant access to the hormonal health quizzes, menstrual cycle charts and symptoms trackers, plus access to the private Facebook group. This allows you to start connecting with other women before we officially start.

When do I have access to the course material?

Each Monday a new course module is released for the 8 week duration of the course, beginning Monday, Septembery 28 2020.

Upon successful enrolment, you will gain immediate access to the hormone quizzes and menstrual cycle and symptoms trackers.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, absolutely. A monthly payment plan is available of $175 AUD x 2. The first payment is made upon joining and the second and final payment is four weeks later.

How long do I have access to the course material?

Access to any courses and resources provided through the membership site, will continue to be available to you after the program for as long as they are maintained.

Do you have a guarantee?

I’m already extremely busy, how much time do I need?

If you’re reading this it’s probably because you’re ready to make some changes in your life. If you’re more likely to prioritise this course.

As with any programme the more effort you put in the greater your benefits will be. I suggest setting aside a minimum of one hour per week to watch and listen to the lessons plus an extra 20 -30 minutes to connect in the live sessions and implement any tasks (don’t worry they’re empowering, not boring).

However, the course is structured and designed so you can easily incorporate the weekly lessons into your life. All lessons are bite sized, which allows you to watch or listen as you can. The audio option allows you to listen on your commute.

I’m keen, but not sure if I’m ready right now. Will you be offering this course again?

This course will only be offered once in 2020. At this stage there are no further courses scheduled.

I’m gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan, will the recipes still apply to me?

Yes, absolutely. As a naturopath I’m accustomed to working with people on varying eating styles. I was a vegetarian for over ten years and have been gluten-free and dairy-free at various stages. I have a solid repertoire of nourishing recipes with simple swaps for many eating styles.

I’ve tried many things to fix my problems but nothing has worked. How do I know this will be different?

I get that! I’ve seen many women sift through dozens of google articles, influencer recommendations, always buying the latest superfoods. Trying to piece together their own health plan.

The Cyclical Way teaches you to read the signs of your period and hormone symptoms, and understand what your body is trying to communicate with you. Rather than applying generalised advice that worked for someone else or a protocol that someone has put together. When you understand the language of your hormones you are able to respond with the right foods, supplements and lifestyle changes for YOU… This is your tool kit for life.

I’ve Already taken your hormone quiz for free. Are these quizzes different?

That’s a fantastic first step. The hormonal health questionnaires that are included in The Cyclical Way are very comprehensive. They cover seven common hormonal conditions and are designed so you can discover where you are at the start of the course and where you are upon completion. Don’t worry though, you’ll still have access to them after the course, so you can continue on your journey.

Is this a Fertility Awareness Method Training?

A key part of understanding your body and hormones involves charting your cycle. I teach you how to chart your menstrual cycle, along with what your individual signs and symptoms are telling you. However, in this course we will not be using the charting for contraception reasons.
